What are the types of automatic low pressure casting machine casting?

2019-06-03

The full-automatic low-pressure casting machine forging is a process in which a metal material liquid that is smelted is poured into a metal mold, and the parts that require the appearance and characteristics are obtained by water cooling and condensation.  Forging is a common manufacturing method. The advantages are: large processing technology coordination, low cost of production and manufacturing, and the ability to obtain complicated and large and medium-sized castings, occupying a large proportion in the manufacture of mechanical equipment.

1. Aluminum alloy casting: It refers to the processing technology of metal material liquid introduced into metal type casting under the effect of cosmic force, also called casting.  The metal material liquid is usually hand-made into the rubber inlet, and the product is obtained by filling the cavity, the exhaust pipe, the water cooling, and the die by the weight of the metal material liquid.

2, working pressure forging: working pressure forging refers to the metal material liquid in the role of other external forces (which can contain force) into the metal casting

Processing technology.  The working pressure forging includes working pressure forging and vacuum pump forging, low pressure casting, centrifugal casting, etc. of aluminum die casting machine; narrow working pressure forging refers to the working pressure forging of metal material type of aluminum die casting machine, commonly known as aluminum die casting.  These types of forging processes are the most common of the rare metal forgings at this stage, and they are the least expensive.

3. Metal-type casting: Metal-type metal-type casting abrasives can be applied several times. For each casting of metal material liquid, multiple castings are obtained, which has a long service life and high productivity.  The casting material of the metal material type has better precision and smooth surface, and the casting member has higher compressive strength than the sand type and is less likely to be destroyed under the condition of pouring the same metal material liquid.

Brief description: Differential pressure casting is also called counter-pressure casting and differential pressure casting.  It is a casting method derived from the foundation of low pressure casting.  The difference from the low-pressure casting is that the sealing cover of the mold is filled with compressed gas so that the mold is under a certain pressure of the gas.  When the molten metal is filled, the pressure of the gas in the holding furnace is made larger than the pressure of the gas in the mold, and the filling, holding pressure and pressurization of the molten metal are realized as in the case of low-pressure casting.  However, at this time, the casting is crystallized and solidified under a higher pressure, so that a higher density casting can be obtained.
